Be the Change you want to see around you! Marin Luther King Jr.

Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase.

Today the US celebrates Martin Luther King's Day, makes you wonder about leaders, and history changing points.

Martin Luther King, Jr. was an American pastor, activist, humanitarian, and leader in the African-American civil rights movement. He is best known for his role in the advancement of civil rights using nonviolent civil disobedience based on his christian beliefs.

some of his famous quotes are really inspiring, welcoming and Inviting for Love, compassion and development. (Below are some of his famous quotes)

- Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do

We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive. He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love. There is some good in the worst of us and some evil in the best of us. When we discover this, we are less prone to hate our enemies.

In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.

How Big can a salary really BE???

GM to pay new CEO Barra $1.6M in base salary

General Motors says new CEO Mary Barra will get a base salary of $1.6 million per year as she takes over the global automaker.
GM said in a government filing on Friday that Barra also will be eligible for $2.8 million in short-term incentives.
Her pay would climb further if GM shareholders approve a new long-term incentive plan at their next annual meeting. Stock and option awards make up the bulk of CEO pay at GM and many other publicly traded companies.
Dan Akerson, who retired as CEO Wednesday, had total 2012 pay of more than $11 million. That included a base salary of $1.7 million and $9.3 million in stock awards.
So I guess there are Big Salaries after all :)

How much does a Commercial really affect you???

Commercial, the industry of creativity, development & everything that is new in the world! True, it used to be much easier and simpler than now... At least before there were only TV and.. hmmmmmm TV!! Now your commercial isn't just rated by one single channel, you have got the Youtube and the whole social media sharing your commercial, whether it is good or bad! you are being judged by everyone and not only for your idea, but for the photography, the settings, the technology used in it! basically everything!

But at the end of the day, have you ever thought, how much are you really affected by a commercial? did you ever change your mind about buying a new or a used car by it?? or even changed your lunch break plans because of something you heard on the radio??

Just something to think about, or not??

Talking about new commercials, here is one of the newly added commercial by Subaru in 2014!
Enjoy :)

Nissan GT-R... They are really fast!! and we have One!

www.stgautogroup.com
Between 1969 and 1974, and again between 1989 and 2002, +Nissan  produced a high performance version of its Skyline sedan called the Nissan Skyline GT-R. This car proved to be iconic for Nissan and achieved much fame and success on road and track. The Nissan GT-R, although no longer carrying the "Skyline" badge, has heritage in the Nissan Skyline GT-R. Like the later generations of the Skyline GT-Rs, the Nissan GT-R is Four-Wheel Drive with a twin-turbo 6 Cylinder engine and has the signature four round tail lights. However, the GT-R is an entirely new model sharing little with its Skyline siblings and is a complete redesign from previous Skylines rather than an incremental evolution; the four-wheel-steering HICAS system has been removed and the former Straight-6 RB26DETT engine has been replaced with a new V6 VR38DETT. Because of the GT-R's heritage, the chassis code for the all-new version has been called CBA-R35, or 'R35' for short (where CBA is the prefix for emission standard), carrying on the naming trend from previous Skyline GT-R generations. The GT-R has also retained its Skyline predecessor's nickname Godzilla, given to it by the Australian motoring publication Wheels in its July 1989 edition.

we Currently have in our stock available #for_Sale A beautiful 2009 Nissan GT-R Coupe that is fast, has Low_Mileage on it and it is Black on Black!! what else would you want from a car.

Giant Squid on the Beach?? Seriously!

I woke up this morning on the sound of several messages, tweets & Notifications from all over the world about a finding a Giant Squid on the Santa Monica Beach... Seriously?? Do you think it is a Hoax? My friends ask, OF Course it is a Hoax, Who finds a Giant Squid like that on a beach???

If you spend much time on social networks, you may have came across a viral photo of a giant squid that allegedly washed ashore along the Santa Monica coast line. The photo shows a huge squid and several people standing on the beach staring at the monster. At first glance the photo looks pretty believable but unfortunately, it is a hoax.
The article that accompanies the photos claims that the beast was 160 feet from the head to tentacle tip. It goes on to say “Scientists believe that following the 2011 disaster at the Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Plant an unknown number of sea creatures suffered genetic mutations that triggered uncontrolled growth – or ‘radioactive gigantism,’”
Many people have fallen for the fake news article and millions have shared the photo on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. The fake photo and article first appeared on the website, The Lightly Braised Turnip. The site is known for fake news stories but does not add disclaimers to them. The fake photo was made using Photoshop.

Over 500,000 People tweeted and viewed the image of an alleged 160 foot squid on Facebook after it was published yesterday on The Lightly Braised Turnip.

Did you fall for that Hoax?? well, a lot of us did!

Into Vintage Cars :) Next week is your Week!

RM  Auctions is organizing A premier event on the auction calendar in Arizona which attracts cars and collectors from around the globe to the spectacular Biltmore Resort!
The Auction will be for 2 days, the 16 & the 17 of January 2014!

The top sale of the RM Auction in Scottsdale is expected to be this 1958 Ferrari 250 GT LWB California Spider by Scaglietti. Nope, not quite the one seen in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" -- that would be copy of a later short-wheelbase version that is valued a bit higher, though this example, the 11th of just 50 made, is sure to make waves of its own. Chassis 1055 GT was originally delivered to a lawyer in Texas, later doing a bit of racing in SCCA events in Florida. Previous owners have included Gerald L. Roush, founder and publisher of the Ferrari Market Letter, with the car remaining in the south for a few years afterwards. A "concours restoration" was completed in 1994 at a cost of $150,000 (in 1994 dollars). Documented by Ferrari historian Marcel Massini, this example is estimated to bring in between $7 million and $9 million on auction day.

Another top sale of the auction is expected to be this 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 by Scaglietti. A claimed numbers-matching example, this European-spec 275 GTB/4 was originally finished in Argento, first selling new to a customer in Rome before departing for Canada in 1972 where it remained until the 1990s, when it passed into actor Nicolas Cage's collection. This example is said to feature only light patina on the interior, and to be a very strong driver, though it's worth mentioning that the 275 GTB/4 can take a couple minutes to warm up properly. The car's new owner is unlikely to encounter any issues -- if one is getting into a 275 GTB/4 then he or she already knows how these cars handle and what they're all about. This example comes with all the original tools and an owner's manual, and given the high interest, we wouldn't be surprised if it sold at the top of the estimate of $3.2 million.

Here's a Porsche that perhaps only the cognoscenti will immediately recognize -- a 718 RS 61 Spyder from 1961. Porsche in 1961 didn't quite have the reputation and name recognition it enjoys today, and it was up to race cars like these to make it a household name. This 178-hp 1,600-cc flat-four-engined 718 was the ultimate development of the Spyder platform, one that turned out to be quite popular with privateers in races like the Targa Florio and the 12 hours of Sebring. This example is one of the earliest 718s built, and has been raced by noted privateers Bob Donner and Don Wester, among its accolades being a second-place finish for its class at the 1961 running of the 12 Hours of Sebring. This car went on to gather no less than eight podium finishes in 1963 alone in SCCA races, eventually retiring from racing and undergoing a thorough restoration when it was purchased by its current owner in the 1990s. This example would make a stunning entry in historic racing or rally events, and that's really what the winning bidder would be buying here. This Porsche is estimated to bring in between $2.8 and $3.2 million.

And i thought Old cars Cost less!

Ford's New Concept Car Can Last for 21 Miles Fueled Only by Sunlight

#Ford announced a new concept car on Thursday fueled almost entirely by the sun, without depending on a power outlets or charging stations for fuel.
C-MAX Solar Energi Concept, which was on display at the 2014 International CES in Las Vegas, aims to make green vehicles more accessible to drivers, eliminating the need for electric grids that are often underdeveloped, unreliable or pricy. Still, the car comes with a charge port and can be fueled by at a charging station like other solar-powered vehicles.
Instead of filling up on power from an electrical charger or outlet, the concept car comes with a solar panel roof that uses a concentrator lens, similar to a magnifying glass, to lure sunlight to fuel the vehicle. Ford's solar tech partner SunPower is providing the solar cells for the roof. With a full charge, Ford said it will have the same total range as Ford's conventional C-MAX Energi of up to 620 miles, which includes 21 electric-only miles.
Ford said the sun could power up to 75% of all trips made by an average driver in a solar hybrid vehicle, but it also didn't elaborate on distance traveled.
However, the concept vehicle is expected to reduce the annual greenhouse gas emissions a typical owner would produce by four metric tons.

Chevy Brings 4G LTE to Cars!!!

Chevrolet  is making its lineup of vehicles much faster on the roadways, but the increase in speed has nothing to do with horsepower.

In case you are still wondering, Yes it is OUT and it is Still Super Gorgeous.... After years of speculation, the successor of the legendary Ferrari Enzo is finally out. The supercar made its world debut today at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show and it comes with a rather unexpected surprise: its name!
or F150, but Ferrari  Ferrari decided to go with something odd: LaFerrari! No, it is not a joke!

Why did the company make such a radical decision on the name? Well, the answer is offered by Ferrari’s President, Luca di Montezemolo himself who declared: "because it is the maximum expression of what defines our company – excellence."
Everything else on the new LaFerrari is also a big surprise, starting with its exterior design language and up to the innovative HY-KERS system used for the first time in a production version Ferrari.
